🔍 Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect

Our technical team will review your request within 24–48 hours.


🚚 Warranty Resolution

Once your claim is approved:

  • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

📦 Return of Defective Items
