1. Connector does not fit / cannot connect properly

Solutions:

  • Double-check the product model (GX12 / GX16 / GX20 / GX25)
  • Verify pin count (2–12 pin options)
  • Ensure you are using matching male & female connectors

2. Loose connection or unstable signal

Possible causes:

  • Improper installation
  • Pins not fully inserted or soldered
  • Connector not tightened securely

Solutions:

  • Recheck wiring and soldering points
  • Ensure all pins are fully seated
  • Tighten the locking nut completely

3. Connector overheating during use

Possible causes:

  • Current exceeds rated capacity
  • Wire gauge too small
  • Poor contact or loose wiring

Solutions:

  • Verify current rating of the connector
  • Use appropriate wire gauge (AWG/mm²)
  • Ensure firm and clean connections

4. Waterproof function not working
